Terms and Conditions
AMERICAN WASTE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All customers are considered C.O.D. unless you have an approved credit application on file.
C.O.D. customers are required to pay for services in advance.
2. Weight estimate may result when items from load can be recycled.
3. If you exceed 2 ton weight limit, you then agree to pay for extra disposal charges.
Container maximum weight capacity is 3 tons.
4. AWM is not responsible for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns or any areas where you
request the container to be placed.
5. Invoices are required to be paid within 15 days or a late charge may apply.
6. Minimum of one ton charged per container load.
7. Sites that have no activity after 30 days may be considered inactive and an inactivity charge added.
9. AWM is not responsible for any injury or death that may result from activity on or near container.

LOADING INSTRUCTIONS

2. We do not accept liquid waste or containers containing liquid.
3. We do not accept hazardous, infectious waste material.
4. Avoid overweight loads by not including dirt and/or large amounts of concrete in the container.
5. Appliances require special handling, please load them in the rear of container near the back door.
6. We do not accept large stumps or any kind of tires or pallets. Call our office for further disposal information.
7. Put mattress' and other bedding or cushions on top off load, so not to absorb water from rain and add weight.

Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice. Although same day service may also be available at no extra charge, depending on schedule. We are here to serve you! We will work with you in anyway possible that we can, to make your job as stress free as it can be. If you have any questions at all please call.
