1. All customers are considered C.O.D. unless you have an approved credit application on file. C.O.D. customers are required to pay for services in advance.
2. Weight estimate may result when items from load must be recycled.
3. Container maximum weight capacity is 3 tons.
4. American Waste Management is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or landscaping.
5. A rental fee of $3.00 per day may apply for non-active containers over 10 days.
6. Keep load level to the top of the container.
7. We do not accept liquid waste, hazardous waste or infectious waste materials.
8. Appliances require special handling please load them in the rear near the back door.
9. We do not accept large stumps, pallets or tires of any kind.
